We Offer 7 days of Hassle-free returns from the date of delivery & a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us

We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which
(i) We believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you). - Original Packaging and Tags: The apparel item should generally be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that were attached to it when purchased. Removing tags or altering the item may void the return eligibility.
- We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at Travelteesworld@gmail.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
- Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
- Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- As we do not have our delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
- In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay charges of Rs. 250/-
- Kindly allow 10-12 days for the return to be processed & the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE REFUND/BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS/ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Both ways Shipping charges of 150/- will be deducted from the order value in case of refunds
- payments made with the COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR NEXT month from the DATE OF ISSUANCE OF the COUPON CODE
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Final Sale Items: Travel Tees designate certain items as "final sale," meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This is often the case with discounted or clearance items.

- cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse
- Once the product is exchanged or delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would apply to that order.
